Love Giada and this recipe but agree with some of the other reviewers that it needed a few tweeks. The meatball mixture would be way too wet with only 1 pound of meat and 2 eggs plus the tablespoon of milk. I only put one egg and skipped the milk and still the mixture was really wet.
