"I love this mojito recipe! It is my go to drink for when my friends visit me. Instead of putting the mint in the blender I steep it in the simple syrup because otherwise the little pieces of mint get stuck in my teeth. I do have friends that don't like too much rum so I sometimes add it after for individual drinks. ""
