Me Encanto Marcela!!!! Gracias, super amazing! i have always wanted to know how to make pollo adobado, like the mercados, i never thought it was Chile Guajillos. The only thing i did add more of at the end was sal y pimienta, along with adobo sazon, the red top one, lightly. Perfect amount of flavor for my latin house. Thank you for an amazing rec"
