"This dish is SUPER easy to make but I suggest adding some more flavoring to your liking. I added more chipotle sauce, a dash of cumin, and on top of the cilantro I sprinkled some queso fresco. While I thought it was good my husband thought it was great. He took all the leftovers for lunch.
