Reviewed quick vanilla buttercream frosting

Wow, this is the best frosting I have ever made! Perfect buttercream. I did end up beating it for almost 10 minutes at the end to get the powdered sugar fully incorporated, so don't be afraid to keep beating if you need to. This was definitely a winner and will be my frosting recipe from now on. It made enough to frost my batch of 24 cupcakes.

I usually love her recipes, but this was way too sweet for me. I couldn't eat very much of it and the hubby didn't care for it either. Oh well! On to the next!

These are amazing, super easy, and people just rave about them when I make them. Definitely a favorite!

Reviewed Frittata

I thought this was fantastic and super easy. I sauteed potatoes and onions in olive oil and then added fresh tomatoes and basil before adding the egg mixture. I topped it with parsley and then put it in the oven. My pan wasn't broiler safe so I baked it at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes and it came out perfectly!"
