My Activity

Reviewed Cranberry Sauce

"I just finished making this cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving. It turned out amazing! I did not have a cinnamon stick so I just measured out 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. I used 2 (12oz) bags of cranberries and then followed the rest of the recipe! I think it will be a hit! ""

Reviewed Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

"This was very delicious! I used a cast iron pot instead of the grill pan. I also added sauteed red onions and apple to the glaze with a little butter. It was a one pot wonder! The sauce was amazing! Will make again whenever I have company!""

Reviewed Winter Minestrone

"After seeing Giada make this on her Christmas special, I had to have some! I could not find the Swiss Chard so I substitued Kale. I also added more broth and doubled up on the beans and tomatoes. I used fire-roasted tomatoes which gave it a great taste. The pureeing of the beans gives the soup a rich taste along with the parmesan rind. I let the soup cook longer because I like my vegetables a bit more tender. Great recipe, easy to make and I can't wait to serve!!!
