"This is a very delicious and RICH truffle, however it is VERY SOFT, and as stated in the recipe, really needs to be kept refrigerated until served; they get a bit "goopy" in the hand! "Excellent recipe! Very easy to make. I used semi-sweet baking chocolate, and found it to be a little too sweet, so I would definitely recommend using bittersweet chocolate. Otherwise, a wonderfully smooth and silky pie!"
