Reviewed Maple-Oatmeal Scones

"Good Scones. I halved the recipe and still made 12 scones. I do not have a mixer, so I used my food processor like another reviewer and it worked fine. I only added the wet ingredients by hand. The dough was very sticky as Ina says, but adding a little extra flour did the trick.

Reviewed Scallops Provencal

"This is a wonderful recipe. So quick and easy too. I used extra garlic in the recipe (because I love it & it's good for you). Served it over spaghetti and it was delicious ! Can't wait to make it again. Thanks Ina !"

Reviewed Brownie Tart

"A chocolate lovers delight ! This is delicious and easy to make.
I have a sweet tooth and this certainly satisfies. I baked it in a 9 inch pie plate like Ina, and it came out perfect. Also, baked it for 35 minutes (not the full 40 mins) and it came out a bit gooey and fudgy, just as I like it. Try this recipe, you won't regret it.
Thanks Ina"

Reviewed Cinnamon Elephant Ears

"Simply Delicious ! You must try these. They are light, flaky and
sweet-and so easy to make. I shared them with one of my co workers and she couldn't believe that I made them myself & didn't buy them
from a bakery. Thanks for a great recipe Ina."

Reviewed Pastitsio

"Delicious comfort food. I baked mine in a 9x9 baking dish, so I pretty much halfed all of the ingredients. Used 1 lb of lamb & 3/4 c crushed tomatoes in puree. The cinnamon was not overpowering. I cooked my tomatoes approx 20-25 minutes and baked it for 30-35 minutes which worked out perfectly. Wonderful flavor-looking forward to making this again.
