"This is a very tasty bird. It came out too moist in some places to where i couldn't tell if it was undercooked or just too moist.(kinda mushy)But the flavor is outstanding.Definately will do this again! I didn't have time to find a bucket so i used a styrofoam ice chest and I put 4-6 frozen bottles of water to keep it frosty cold instead of ice. W""
