Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili

Delicious! I deviated with 2lbs 80% lean beef, 1/2 fresh chile pepper, paprika, additional cumin, tomato paste, and garlic. They key is to season your chili at each layer of flavoring with S&P. I simmered for 1.5-2hrs and it will taste better after resting overnight. The water didn't dilute it but could be b'c I used so 2x much beef! Try it once,...
