"This is a delicious and easy meal! My husband and I loved it - so flavorful and interesting.
@Gamerwife, did you miss the part in step one where you add 1 tsp of kosher salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper to the boiling water with the spices and the carrots? I didn't think this recipe needed any additional salting beyond that.
