Reviewed Chocolate Ice Cream

Some notes: We used Ghirardelli cocoa and did not like the taste. It was... well too cocoa-ee. So the second batch we used Hershey's brand. Much better taste. It tasted more like chocolate. Then we read another recipe that did not omit the egg white, so we tried Alton's recipe but used the whole egg on the third batch. Yum! It was more like frozen"
