Reviewed Parmesan Cheese Souffle
"Absolutely great and for those of us with swallowing problems THANKS for this and for the Sweet Corn Brulee both are 5*
Had throat and lymphatic cancer and now 10 mos later still can only eat "slidy food" like sashimi thinly cut and souffles, panna cotta or custards. DAMN thought it would all be way done by now but after 35 radiation and 6 chemo and then 4 pt/ct scans and half a dozen x/rays due to aspirations I still love food but can only eat as above. THANKS Claire Robinson for the magnificent sweet corn creme brulee and the parmesan cheese souffle.
