"Super Crispy! Found this recipe in one of Michael Chiarello's cookbooks. Used baby red bliss potatoes. They were super crispy on the outside and nice and creamy on the inside. Delicious."
Reviewed Baked Clams Oreganate
"Next best thing than going to Rao's. Since they have standing reservations I guess I'll never get to eat there, but their Clams Oreganate recipe was very, very good. I'm from New England so love making stuffed quahogs and clams casino for the 4th of July. Guess I will be making these too. I add a piece of bacon on top of each before broiling for an extra kick!"
