"Very good. I didn't have beef stock so used 1 qt vegetable stock and one qt water and beef bullion. Turned out great. Not sure if I would like it as much w/all beef stock. I also had my dumplings turn out like rocks. Then I checked all my other dumpling recipes (I have never had this problem before) and they all have 1 Tablespoon baking powder to 2 cups flour....makes me think the 1 teaspoon in the recipe is a missprint! Just sayin'.
