Love this. I used 1/2 shallot, 4 cloves garlic but same amount of lemon juice and white wine for just one svg. Also made a buerre manie to thicken the sauce a bit. Tyler is my "go to chef"! "

Once again Ina comes through with a simple yet delicious recipe! One little tip: After you've sliced the potatoes, put your thumbs together on the flat side and push up to fan the potato a bit to make it easier to get the oil and rosemary inside the slices."

I've made this before and LOVED it - but never with the veggies - 40 min. into roasting time & onions appear burnt. Guess I didn't slice them thickly enough. Sure smells heavenly, though!"

Amazing! I've wanted to try this ever since I saw Ina on The Best Thing I Ever Ate last year. I made a small meatloaf (just over a pound) and cut the ingredients down proportionally. I did make the regular amount of sauce, adding some flour to the butter and a splash of 1/2 & 1/2 at the end. This is by far the most delicious meatloaf I have ever tasted!...
