I loved this recipe! It was easy, made the house smell amazing, and just got better over the next day or two. I did read the other reviews and made some changes based on that. I had a 6lb brisket. I didn't have tomato juice so I used a 28oz can of whole, peeled, San Marzano tomatoes that I crushed, with juice, a quart of beef broth, and a cup of good...

This was sooooo delicious! I could have drank the dressing! Word to the wise, the slaw shrinks after you add the dressing, so what you think is a huge amount is just a big serving. Had to stop my husband from eating it all before the BBQ the next day. YUM! "
