It taste good but I had difficulty getting the consistancy right. It always foamed up when I poured it out onto the baking sheet and got kind of spongy instead of crisp and brittle like it should be. I had more success with the brittles that had baking soda in the ingredients."

great pancakes. The only change I made was that I mashed the bananas and added them to the batter and added about 1 tsp. cinnamon. They are light and fluffy and very good. I will definitely make them again. ""

This cake was a great addition to our Sunday family dinner. It was a little heavy but it was moist and flavorful. I like the twist on the cream cheese icing. It went on easily and tasted great, light and not as sickening sweet as some cream cheese icings can be.
