Yummy, yummy YUMMY!!! This cobbler has great, easy to follow instructions & great flavor. I substituted 1 cup pecans instead of 1/4 cup almond slices since I love them so much. The flavor was too egg-gluey & without lemon juice, the sauce lacked that piquancy that sets off a great hollandaise & bearnaise. Maybe I did something wrong, but I usually am very good at following recipes. I will not use this recipe again."
