"I made this with meatloaf mix (combination of ground veal, ground beef and ground pork). It came out great. I had to cook it a little longer than the recipe called for to get to the correct internal temperature. Next time I'm going to put the ketchup in the meatloaf instead of on top to see if adds a little more flavor in every bite.""
