Reviewed Quinoa, Roasted Eggplant and Apple Salad with Cumin Vinaigrette

Great recipe. I used beef stock and spinach instead of watercress, that's what I had on hand. Used walnuts. A nice change to routine.

This was awesome. I happened to have all the ingredients so it was super easy. I added rice and orzo b/c I didn';t have enough lentil. Used pre-cooked packages of black beluga lentils and brown basmati rice. Adding raw spinach would be nice I think. Definitely a keeper!"

I didn't care for it. I didn't like the grittiness of the spices and a bit salty."

Reviewed One Pan Tilapia Fish Tacos with 5 Minute Mole

Really great and simple recipe wouldn't change anything. I loved how easy the mole sauce was to make and the anise seed on the fish. I used the ancho with sauce - not sure that was considered paste, but it came out great anyway. Used with corn soft taco which was fine, may try flour next time."

I would give this a 5 if I used the liquor. I used this recipe and ina gartners with blueberries (could skip blueberries next time). I used silver palate granola recipe and baked with cobbler - would not bake with again, add at serving time so it stays crisp. I used fresh peaches and they came out great, soft yet not mush. I will make again follow"

Reviewed Bone-In Pork Milanese with Soy-Honey Glaze

Sep 9, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was okay flavor. I didn't add extra salt since soy has so much already and I halved the recipe and had enough sauce to glaze and use to dip. I think I'm giving up on chops - they always seem tough no matter what. "

I prepared this for grilled swordfish. I didn't measure exactly so that may have been the problem. Basically the sauce tasted like soy sauce. I was looking for a wasabi aioli type of accompaniment to the fish."

I loved this, so easy and a different veggie to love. I tossed with left over linguini.""
