Reviewed Brooke's Homemade Meatloaf

"This recipe looked so good on the show, but I found it to be quite bland and tasteless. The glaze was good but that's about it. I usually put my meatloaf in a roasting pan but decided to try the 9 x 3 loaf pan the recipe called for. The grease (and I used 90% beef) was floating all over it; at one point I took it out of the oven and poured off some of the grease......what a disappointment!

Reviewed Eton Mess

"I found meringues at the local Shop Rite. They were in a speciality section - not the basic cookie/cracker aisle.

Reviewed Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps

"These are delicious and were gone in no time flat! I even doubled the recipe and it still wasn't enough. I had planned a Pasta Night the day after Christmas but had to postpone it until yesterday because of a snowstorm. I just put them in saran wrap then in freezer bags and popped them into the freezer. I defrosted them (on Friday) and proceeded with the baking directions last night .....they tasted great and was relieved that they froze well in case I want to make these again (which I DEFINATELY will) ahead of time. I liked the thick sliced bacon and will use that again but will turn them over after the 30 mins. and bake 5 mins more on the other side. Thanks Paula!!!!!!!
