This recipe looked so good on the show, but I found it to be quite bland and tasteless. The glaze was good but that's about it. I usually put my meatloaf in a roasting pan but decided to try the 9 x 3 loaf pan the recipe called for. Made these today and I must say I'm really disappointed. I've been making a recipe similar to this one but using saltines and semi-sweet chocolate chips that is much better than this one. The mixture for on top of the graham crackers separated when I tried to cut these, and because of the sweetness, I cut in small squares...won't make this one ...

Just took these out of the oven, let them cool slightly, and slathered them in the butter. To die for! I made 48 mini- popovers (baked about l6 mins. I'm not a fan of anchovies but this butter is not overkill with anchovy taste, just a wonderful complement to all the other wonderful flavors. I will definately be making these again....... <...
