"this was so easy to make. i could not find rock salt at wegmans so i skipped the rock salt. i also forgot to add the white pepper. used herr's potato stix. couldn't find the recommended stix. i took my time opening the oysters. i found it enjoyable to learn how. my boyfriend said it was the best thing he ever put in his mouth. thank you matthew and guy! merry christmas to all. my broker said he's making these for new year's eve. points with the boss is a good thing too.
