I rarely follow a recipe to the T. I decided to puree the Pasillas. I hydrated them, drained, seeded, and put them in a blender with the 1 C of chicken broth, garlic, and cumin. I love citrus, cumin, and cilantro. This might be the holy trinity for me. So this recipe was not going to fail. Bobby Flay is a man after my own heart. By far one of my favorite recipes. It's great for those on weight watchers. My only complaint is that I wish it had more coconut flavor. I always have to add a little more coconut milk and curry paste. It's delicious, light, and flavorful. I always make variations of this dish. Sometimes I garnish with a little toasted coconut flakes.
