Excellent, Excellent. I don't like to fry, so I cooked the meatballs for few minutes on each side. They did brown evenly. I also pureed the sauce just a little. The flavor is so good. Something different to have a small patty shape. I also served with spaghetti. Left overs would be great as a hoagie sandwich with cheese. Yummy"

Reviewed Turkey Meatloaf with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

I loved this meatloaf, will make again. Smells like pizza cooking. I had to double the recipe for my family. For the lady that was disappointed with the timing, I put release foil on a cooking sheet and make my loafs out longer and thinner about 13 by 8, that's for 2 lbs. of meat. I do that for all my meatloaf's and it does work."
