These are wonderful! I used pastina because DH does not like couscous. The meatballs are light and fluffy and tasty with the spices. I served with a Greek salad, tzatziki sauce and pita. Yum!"

How good is this!
Easy and quick with the fresh oregano and mint making a terrific difference! As per some other reviewers I added thawed peas. I also added shrimp to make a complete light meal. Even my husband, who has recently decided he "doesn't like" Feta, ate two helpings."

This is wonderful! I made a few changes. I cut 5 pieces of bacon into lardons and fry until crisp in my Dutch oven before I begin. These are reserved for garnish with cheddar chees at the end. I saute the onion elements in the bacon fat to soften and then proceed as the recipe indicates. This is so good that I am making a batch for my husba...

I loved this dish but my husband did not at all. I think it was the herbes de Provence because he went nuts over the bread and roasted garlic. I will make it next time without the h de P and I bet he will go back for seconds. The meat was so juicy and tender; the method will be a go-to for sure in my kitchen. ""

This is terrific! It makes a great deal, however. We used 1/2 a box to make 4 turnovers and had enough to make 4 more and then some. If you don't want to buy more puff pastry this mixture is killer on halved biscuits! So easy my 7 year old graddaughter helpd make the second batch.""
