Reviewed Parker's Beef Stew

"Excellent stew, I didn't realize that I should have marinated the beef, so I just made it without and it was fantastic, I can only imagine if the beef was marinated in the wine. Great flavors. Next time I will follow the recipe and also add a sweet potato to complement the regular potatoes.
