My Daughter had made this and did not even make the sauce,the Chicken was so moist and tender, I made it the next week. I used a 5 lb Roaster and followed the recipe exactly. I made this for a pot luck, since it was around Christmas, I used red and green peppers, added green onions, and chopped up some thin sliced Ham instead of the dried Beef. I also used Baguettes. It was a hit !!!! And looked like Christmas with both colors of Peppers.
