Reviewed Orange-Cinnamon Rice Pudding

"This is a fantastic recipe! even with my changes/mistakes it came out great. I used a little more of the peel than the zest (had a hard time zesting used turbinado sugar, not white sugar, added a little kaluha with the vanilla (wanted cointreau, but couldnt find it in house. The most signifcant mistake I made was i added all the liquid to the rice without letting it boil first. When I realized what I did I just kept stirring it, like risotto. I didn't do the marscapone/sugar topping and didn't think it needed it. It may have been extra sweet because of the sugar I used. found it hard to take out the cinnamon stick & peel so what I did was arrange them on top of the pudding before it cooled, so it looked like a decoration. Loved it. I'm making it again this weekend.
