Reviewed Banana Bread with Pecans

I prepared this recipe exactly as written and baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 14minutes in my convection oven. Tyler says 1 hour and 15 minutes. The recipe ingredients are great and tasty but the bread was overdone. Next time I will only bake for an hour."

Ina does it again! After making her French Apple Tart over and over again, my husband and I were excited to make this Summer Fruit Crostata! We served it warm with Hagandaaz Vanilla icecream and it was HEAVENLY!!!! Such a lushious dessert and healthy too! Making my own dough was easy and delicious!
