“This was a great lemony twist on pesto and went beautifully the grilled chicken. I decided to use what I had on hand and used almonds (rough chopped and toasted) in place of the pine nuts. “These burgers satisfied my summer longing for bbq. I started with the ingredients as listed, made a tiny burger to check the flavor, and then added more to suit my taste. The burgers were lovely and moist and the cole slaw added a nice crunch. I will definitely make these again.
