this was just barely okay. i made it for xmas eve dinner and it was bland, bland, bland. it was also a little dry. however, the next couple of meals we warmed it back up in the oven with some tomato sauce on it and extra parm, and that gave it a little more life. the concept was good, but i'm going to tweak the heck out of it the next time i attempt...
