What did I do wrong? It was a dry mess and would not form a dough. I pulled out a cookbook and using a scone recipe there added 2 eggs and 1/4 cup more cream but it was still too dry. Reviewed Curried Pumpkin with Caramelized Onions

Amazing! It was a LOT of work to cut up the Kabocha squash and luckily I only needed half of it. But it is soo good. Reminds me of a pumpkin curry dish I had at my favorite Indian restaurant in London recently. I didn't find it too strong a flavor at all - very mellow, not spicy, just full of great flavor.

Really good! I used regular chicken stock and some leftover shredded chicken. I'll have to make some barbecued pork just so I can try this again - I bet it would be even better.

Reviewed Chicken and Arugula Pita Pockets

Really yummy and so easy. I mix the tomatoes and the arugula leaves into the chicken mixture before putting it into the pita. I'll have to make arugula pesto for pasta now - I find basil pesto can be too strong for me.
