"Huge hit at a family gathering and great recipe. I think next time I will omit the powdered sugar from the icing as it's really not needed. When I blended the Marscapone cheese (must have and added 3 tablespoons or so of 100% Maple Syrup, nothing else was needed. I didn't add bacon drippings to the icing. Next time I would add the bacon to the bat"
