I did not brine the turkey and put it on a rack however followed all other direction accordingly. The turkey was amazing and the gravy, I'm not sure it there are words to explain how wonderful the flavor is. It doesn't over power the turkey but it was such a hit my guests asked for a gravy doggie bag!""

This sandwich is wonderful! Packed it for a family outing at the beach. I also browned the buns in the pan I used to cook the steak, as one of the other posters recommended. One additional change I did was to add horseradish to the mustard mayo mixture which kicked up the spice just a tad. Everyone loved it! ""

Bobby knows how to bring excellent food to the table! Starting the turkey at 450 for 45 minutes makes a world of difference to the skin. I did not baste every 15 minutes only about every 30 if needed and it turned out perfect. Oh, the gravy, always an issue with me either bland or lumpy, this gravy is flavorful with a wonderful consistency.

I understand why Ina makes this dish every Friday night! It will be on my weekly menu as well. EXCELLENT...my favorite chef's...Ina and Bobby Flay...chef's don't get any better. If I could give it a 10 I would.
