Reviewed crustless caprese quiche

This didn't set up properly. It was runny in the middle and I had to put the whole thing in the microwave to be able to get it out of the pan. It also was very watery, probably because of all the tomatoes in egg mixture. The flavor was nice as I used a feta spread and goat cheese instead of the ricotta as well as smoked mozzarella on top. But...

I've always used frozen Butterball turkeys from Aldi and they have always worked well. Of course, I used Alton's original recipe where the brine is only sugar, salt, water, and vegetable broth, and you rub the turkey with butter before putting it in the oven. Yum! I personally don't want any aromatic flavors getting in the way of my turkey.
