"This may be a hard dish for the novice, but I found it pretty easy. Assemble, frying, baking & clean up including sweeping took 2hrs. Made 1/2 this dish since I only had 2 people to feed. I had meat sauce in the freezer so just thawed that & added pepper & olives. Sweated eggplant as well. Fry it quickly, it will be in the oven for 1hr no need 2 f""
