"TO DIE FOR. I made in a bundt pan and cooked at 325 degrees for about 55 minutes. I also cut the icing recipe in half and had plenty left over. This cake is not difficult to make at all. If you love coconut DO IT. I had a hard time finding coconut cream at Publix but it was near the alcohol drink mixes I guess for Pina Coladas. Coconut cream is NO"
