"I really like Ina's method with the noodles - not boiling them, but letting them soak like she describes works out perfectly! Not too soggy, not too firm. I don't know if you would need to use "No Boil" noodles for that, but I use regular noodles and they turn out great.

"My boyfriend hates chocolate, so I make this without and it is still absolutely fabulous! The crust is a bit time consuming, but totally worth it. I brought it to Christmas at his house a couple years ago and everyone was impressed. We are heading back to the midwest for this Christmas, and I already have requests to fill! So Good!
