"This is a great recipe for salmon! I have made it 3 times and it is always a hit. It is elegant and delicious enough for special company and though it is something finished at the last minute, it is easy to cook and can be prepped ahead of time. A cast iron skillet is the key to getting the crispy crust on the bottom, and I removed the skin. T""
