Mmmmmm! This was GOOD! So tender and flavorful! I made the sauce with worchester sauce replacing the tamarind because my grocery stores didn't carry the tamarind paste. My husband went crazy over the sauce! Onion rings were perfect too- perfect combo :-D"

"I don't know why we ever go out to dinner" That's what my husband said as we were enjoying this meal at home together! This recipe is just so fantastic! Loved the hollow bucatini noodles. Meatballs were wonderful (although I used only beef, no veal). And the sauce was my favorite with the flavorful pancetta cheesy garlicy yumminess :)"

Mmmmmmm! So good! I made this cake last summer for my step-mothers' birthday then again for my birthday! :) I love it that much! The icing is sweet and fun because it's just so different. One tip: Don't put your hazelnut brittle in the fridge to harden.. haha."

Awesome recipe! It's crunchy and warm and cheesy. The raspberry/cheese combo makes it feel like a danish. The rosemary and brown sugar make it perfect!
