My Activity

Reviewed Waldorf Salad

"I tweaked it a little, I used a raspberry walnut cranberry salad topping instead of just walnuts. I used yogurt with cherries on the bottom but only the yogurt not the cherries. I substituted grapes for raisins. Omitted parsley, lemon zest and lettuce. I also doubled the "sauce" ingredients. So yummy!"

Reviewed Turkey Cutlets with Sausage and Zucchini and Tipsy Gravy

"We Loved the sausage-veggie dish, will make again with some par cooked potatoes and egg noodles as a main dish. The turkey was great had nice flavor and crunch. The "gravy" was not that good, did nothing for the dish. "
