"I first made this back on 2/5/10 and I have made it numerous times since. I cook the onions with the ground beef. My pasta choice is always the wide egg noodles. I also add a can of cream of mushroom soup (for added creaminess). My family and I enjoy this dish ... Leftovers are few and far between on this one! "
