Since I was making this just for two, I cut the recipe in half and used a 2-quart baking bowl. I used fat-free Miracle Whip. I did not measure out the potato chips ... I crushed enough to just lightly cover the top. My husband and I enjoyed it ... there were no leftovers at our house. "

I first made this back on 2/5/10 and I have made it numerous times since. I cook the onions with the ground beef. My pasta choice is always the wide egg noodles. I also add a can of cream of mushroom soup (for added creaminess). My family and I enjoy this dish ... Leftovers are few and far between on this one! "

After reading numerous reviews, I decided to make this recipe using adjustments ... I sauteed the onion, bell pepper and a clove of garlic in one tbsp of olive oil for 5 minutes or so.
