Reviewed Spicy Sweet Potato Chips

I bake in a convection oven, and still 10 minutes wasn't enough time to get a crisp chip. I went as thin of a slice as possible using a mandolin slicer, used half as much oil, and they were still damp at the 10 minute mark. I turned them, and then put them back in the oven for 1 minute increments until I got a good crisp. Total--about 20 minute"
