My Activity

Reviewed Salmon Cakes

Reviewed Tiramisu

"I just finished making this. I only gave it 4 stars right now as I have not tasted it yet. The liquid for the ladyfingers makes way too much. Not sure what to do with the leftovers. Also my glass pyrex 9x13 really wasn't deep enough so I only had room for 2 layers and therefore made another in an 8x8 with the filling being a bit stingy. I froze that one and when I take it out I will try and mix some cream cheese with some whipped cream to make the top layer a bit thicker. Very expensive to make. Would love to know how to half this. Don't know if one can just cut all ingredients in half. Will write later with a tasting review."
