“Excellent recipe. Started too late in the afternoon not realizing how much time it was going to take me to prep all the ingredients.
I too used the panko crumbs which I did brown in the oven. Also used the wild sockeye salmon which I purchased at Costco. They have them in their frozen section and they come in individual packs in a bag.
