"Great recipe! Just make sure to wear gloves when cutting the poblano peppers -- my hands burned for 10 hours afterwards since I cut them bare handed, even though I washed my hands and soaked them in milk multiple times...oh well. It was worth the meal...very tasty, and my husband loved it! This recipe makes quite a lot, and we've eaten it for 2 meals already.
Working (telecommuting temporarily), but loves to watch the food network and learn how to cook. Expecting first baby in the spring!
