Reviewed Roasted Branzino with Lemons

I loved how easy this was to make and how it looks, smells and tastes like you are a gourmet chef! I used larger fillets of cod to save money and they tasted great! I love the fennel and of course that salty pancetta gives it a wow factor! Paired with cheap french white wine (vin de pays) and have a great evening! Highly recommend!
