These are absolutely DIVINE. A few tips:
1. I put parchment paper on the bottom of my pan; not sure if it made a difference, but the bars came out of the pan easily for me.
2. You can use the 18x12x1 sheet pan; that's what I used; it may look like there won't be room once the shortbread is baked, but the filling WILL fit (if you...

We used sirloin steaks as that's what we had on hand--still delicious with the onions, but the vinaigrette drizzled over everything made this dish PERFECT.. and the recipe was super easy. Thanks, Bobby! "

Soooo good; this will definitely be made again and again..
I modified a couple things:
1. I subbed broccoli florets for broccoli rabe
2. I doubled the mushroom/brocolli mix and added only a pinch of salt
3. I used pecorino chz instead of parm- it's a bit saltier than parm but sooo good!
4. Since I had...

Absolutely delicious and full of flavor--I didn't change a thing, and I think simmering it for 45 minutes to an hour does all the difference as far as thickness of the liquid goes. Will definitely be making this a regular in my house! "

So moist and delicious! Ina, you never let me down.. I did sub a few things since I didn't have some of the ingredients on hand (also, I halved the recipe)-
Instead of whole milk I used 1/2 c. 1% plus 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instead of corn meal I used polenta- I ground it up with my immersion blender for about 3 minutes, worked...

Absolutely the best cheesecake I have ever made- hands down. I follow the directions exactly--comes out perfectly every time. It's really not hard to make- just a bit time consuming due to the long oven time, but WELL worth it!! "

I have never fried anything before--but I thought I'd give it a shot since all the reviews were so good, and I wanted to make something special for Cinco De Mayo instead of ordering out. This recipe was SO easy!! And, absolutely the BEST fish tacos I've ever had!!! I'll never go to a restaurant to order them again.. I used Cod instead of Halibut s"

Ina never lets me down!! This pot pie was amazing. Instead of making ind. pot pies, I made a big one in a 9x11 glass baking pan and topped it with a pre made pie crust to save some time. It was awesome- rich, flavorful, exactly what you'd want from a pot pie. Thanks again, Ina!!""

AMAZING. GREAT for a dinner party, and EASY!!! I only made a couple of changes. I used spinach instead of arugula (no arugula at store), and I added some fresh basil to the top of each plate, which looked so nice- and tasted so YUMMY!! I also topped the pasta with some Parm Reggiano. DELICIOUS- thank you, Giada!!
