Amazing pasta salad, cooked a vegetarian version by adding artichokes marinated in oil from trader joes, red onions, roasted bell peppers, capers, green and black olives, Monterey jack cheese, asiago cheese, provolone cheese and chili flakes.

One more amazing pasta from Giada . I added chili flakes and little olive oil to the pesto while blending and also added saut�ed eggplant with little bit crushed garlic and onion to pasta

Amazing pasta. I made the following changes

I added crushed garlic and chili flakes to the cherry tomato mixture before putting it in the oven
I also added caramelized onion with crushed garlic and chili flakes to the pasta while mixing with roasted cherry tomato's
I also added basil instead of parsley
