Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket with Onions, Mushrooms, and Balsamic

OUTSTANDING! The meat was melt in your mouth and the sauce was great. I used regular bacon and thickened the sauce to use over mash potatoes. I would love to see if this recipe adapts to a slow cooker. This summer I would try it on the grill wrapped in foil."
